Shipping & Returns
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with your package tracking information so you can see when your package will arrive.
Orders made by 3pm MST Monday through Friday are typically processed within one business day. Please note if placing an order after 3pm MST Friday or on the weekend, your order will be processed Monday morning (excluding holidays).
When shipping within the contiguous U.S., your order will arrive within 2-3 days after processing based on your proximity to our warehouse in Arizona.

Shipping times are an average, orders may arrive sooner or later.
All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order.
How long does it take to process a return?
It takes 2-7 business days to process a refund with Square. Once the refund is processed and sent to your customer’s card issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to post to your customer’s account. In total it can take 9-14 business days for your customer to receive their refund.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we apologize! Please contact us as soon as possible — Support@Nurtrium.com.
Where should I drop off my return or exchange package?
You can drop the package off at any USPS Post Office or USPS blue collection box and at any UPS retail store.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo.
